Important Exceptions
To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:
- Candles & Diffusers (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Jewellery (unless faulty)

How to Return an Item

- Pack your items securely in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Include the completed returns form (see template below) in your package.

Return Shipping Options

- Exchange Service: For exchanges only, we can arrange collection for a £8.50 fee (deducted from your refund)
